What to do when my ex does not pay child support etc?
My ex-husband is not following through with written agreements made when we divorced, including payment of child support and also his half of a shared debt. What can I do?

Payment order and enforcement of child support
If someone owes you many and do not pay their dept, you can turn to the Swedish Enforcement Agency for help. When being about money, they can help you with a payment order (“betalningsföreläggande”). This is regulated in the Swedish ”Lag om betalningsföreläggande och handräckning”. Usually you need proof (i. e. written agreements) and the last day for payment must have passed. When more specifically being about child support, the Swedish Enforcement Agency uses a bit different procedure, you can read more about enforcement of child support here.
